Little Cornish pasty shop also doing coffees and the like. The pasty was good but the lady behind the counter was rude. I'm guessing she was the owner as she was so preoccupied with talking to the lady behind us about her mum and arranging a discount for her that she forgot to be polite and say good bye or even really anything. It was more of slap the change in my hand without even making eye contact. They are expensive as well £4+ for a pasty! They are good but that seems a lot.

My two-year-old loves the sausage rolls from this place - a visit here is de rigueur whenever we go to town. I prefer the pasties myself. Service is pretty quick and they don't waste time. Try to get there earlier rather than later, because they do run out of stuff and it is very popular.

Brilliant little pastie shop, vegan sausage rolls way better than Greg's!

Went in the Cornish Kitchen today and was served promptly and given what I wanted. I had 2 Biscoff brownies for £3.50 which I think is very reasonable as they're quite large and tasty. Definitely a good competitor to Greggs just down the road and I would encourage you to give them a try. They do vegetarian options and vegan sausage rolls that are quite a bit more substantial than Greggs and seem more authentic rather than production line. Maybe a little bit more expensive but not by much and worth it.

One staff in shop made me feel so little. This person told me to speak louder if I want to wear my mask. I did and still she kept on telling me to speak-up. Today will be my last visit. I am sure they wont mind as they get a lot footfall. Just be aware if you are wearing a mask and have an accent as some staff only understand the local/English accent.
