San Remo Kiosk

Beware if you want a tea be prepared to declare exactly what tea you'd like before saying tea otherwise you get a bog standard cheap brew £1.80... they have a selection of 6 different lovely teas £2.00 on display but as soon as I said tea I was handed a cup (whose outer layer was coming off) and I had to not only ask for a second cup to stop myself from being scalded but told you asked for tea and that's what I gave you... when I questioned why I wasn't offered the nice teas I was told again that I'd asked for tea!??! Yeah but those pots behind you contain teas too!! The older lady couldn't understand why I was asking for the nice tea... I had 2 5 year olds with me so couldn't be bothered to explain that if you have a variety of teas on display you should ask your customers which one they'd like before assuming they want the cheap nasty tea.
Needless to say I won't be back. Just a warning to you all.

Don't order coffee

The hot liquid served as cappuccino was too disgusting to describe as bad coffee. It was a bit like what I'd expect to taste if someone poured boiling water into a cup containing residues of a bad coffee, then added some hot milk.

I wasn't expecting a connoisseur's coffee but it would not be an exaggeration to say that it is the worst "coffee" I've ever had.

£5 for rather lean sausage and bacon "panini" that had no butter or other filling. Disappointment.

Absolutely terrible cafe, waited 1 hour for food only to be told there was a communication error with kitchen staff and they didn't get our order. We asked 3x if the order was ready, so surely someone should have checked. Customer service was terrible and instead of apologising, they were extremely rude. No compensation offered..would avoid like the plague.
