One star ? Too many,
It would appear that this cafe has changed hand.
I wouldn't use the term " under new management " as it would have to be managed,
Total disarray, inexperienced staff, no set organisation.
The first thing to great me was what I can only describe as " happy shopper coffee" alarm bells should have been ringing, I ordered our usual for my wife and I ,we collected cutlery and cleaned the dirty stains from them.
My wife's breakfast arrived then other orders for people whom HAD ARRIVED AFTER US,
My wife's breakfast swimming in grease slapped on the plate continued to wind me up, a member of staff now wondering around the tables looking to deposit an order,
With my wife half way through her breakfast I enquired as to the whereabouts of my breakfast only to be told " we are busy you Know."
Well all I can advise is that you offer good coffees and teas as this is the window to your service, you get staff that WANT to work in your cafe and can cope with the pressure of a rush of customers .

Our favourite place to dine by far. I have written hundreds of reviews, sad to say most when it comes to food are below par.
Diana's is the exception to the rule, the food is always very good and lots of locals regularly return for more. Prices are really great value too, so I don't know how anyone could complain at a meal for two for under a tenner, especially at this high standard.

In Italy you get the death penalty for serving Cappuccino like Diana.

This is a 100% substandard grease-pit. From the horrid coffee to the cheap and nasty sausages and beans in the English Breakfast, eating at Diana's Cafe was not a positive experience.

The place is basically an advertising hoarding with tables and chairs, and no discernible atmosphere whatsoever. Staff are disinterested and service is indifferent at best. If you're looking for somewhere to eat in this part of town, this is not the right place.

First visit today we only had a couple of Cappuccinos it was ok. The tables were kept clean and the chairs were comfortable. The food I saw looked great, will try for myself hopefully Monday. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a cafe in a Industrial estate but that doesn't matter it's how you feel when you walk in.The environment/how clean it is and it was great.

Used to love this place now under new management it has alot of work to do. Drinks were not made had to remind them food missing from order, food toom along time to come out. There was no menus to order from and the regulars who turned up after I did were definitely given priority. Plus seemed over priced for what I ordered but hard to argue with when no menus or prices are available. Hope you can turn this around but definitely not the same as the original diannas it used to be

This is no longer Dianna's cafe it Big E's Burger Bar and being run by Alfie the food was good and prices were reasonable we will definitely go back when not so cold to sit outside and more regularly once open for inside eating. Well done Alfie.
