This is an awful place, staff are unfriendly, no allowance to changing the menu slightly ie poached eggs instead of scrambled as I'm not allowed dairy products. Over priced for what you get, will not be returning here.

About the place:
Not too dark and not too bright, clean, canteen style place with good atmosphere. It's ideal for families with small ones too, with highchair option.

About the staff:
Nothing interesting but would be better to be more helpful and informative, because if this is your first visit, it's not the best if you have to find out where you can order the food, where you can pay, and finally where you will find the catering or extra salt, etc.
Anyway if you have any question, the staff will be helpful enough.

About the food:
We ordered with my missis a fish and chips and a roasted chicken with fried fries with an ice tea (San Benedetto) and a 200ml "Kulana" pure orange juice.
We paid for this all £17.00.
The chicken was too small, therefore the fried result contains more bones than expected in this size just for the better look (check on the picture).
The fish was simple under-baked.
From the order to get the food we have to wait exactly 20 minutes, for a half-baked fish this is too long.

Overall:
We prefer the healthy food but for this price sadly I should to say in my opinion is better choice a McDonald's or a Burger King.

Good Breakfast 🍳 friendly staff 👍 roast coffee is good too except the bread isn’t toast but fried 🤔 maybe can ask to just toast it nxt time 😃. Not bad for a breakfast meal. “its like a canteen in Italian way” ❤️

The chap making the coffee really needs to brush up on his people skills and that includes learning how to say please and thank you.
I made a conscious effort to walk here past the large chain cafes to support a local business but sadly although I live local I wont return.

Microwaved pie so crust not crispy but soggy, chips appeared cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough so very oily and not crispy and peas obviously left in microwave too long
Breakfast was all deep fried and greasy
Chicken nuggets tasted like chicken skin, fat and greasy
No toilet facilities if you need toilet you have to walk through shopping centre to use toilet by the bus station we certainly won't be returning here

Food wasn't great, my mum's lunch was tough and very chewy. Expect better for the price you pay

Went here for breakfast, they make no adaptions to the menu so you can't add or swap any items in your breakfast. Egg was massively undercooked and raw! Chips was again raw in the middle. Milkshake described as thick shake was practically water. Staff are rude. Asked for my money back and they refused. On top of all this they charge for vinigar!

Owner is so rude. Sat outside and was distracted by a couple of phone calls before I got around to order. He come out and nudged me along in my seat even though there was no one behind the table or the other 100 tables present. He then come back out and said are you ordering or going? I wasn't even inside the main restaurant. Needless to say, didn't bother ordering anything and left.

Read the other reviews, looks like he is just a rude man.
