Always nice staff - good hot food for the train journey

Lovely lovely Paula and Dani serving! Paula is always in the cafe serving and smiling. They were both fantastic. So kind and chatty but also really speedy! I will always come back just to see them again.

The staff were and always are extremely professional and courteous. They handled the transaction fast and on time.

All members of staff are welcoming and friendly and provide punctual service. Good selection of magazines and food.

The staff is always super friendly and it makes my day. I also like that you can collect stamps for a free coffee.

I come here every Tuesday and Thursday and love how friendly they are in this store. It really brightens the commute having a little chat with them ❤️

Use it about 6/7 times a month

You offer a place to buy a coffee on the station platform. Big tick for this! But it is underwhelming. The only reason I used was that today I was making a return journey and had drunk my own flask of coffee on the outwards. £2.99 for a mediocre Americano coffee is extortion. Next time I will make jolly sure I have a drink with me so I don’t have to fork out. I cannot justify this cost. Seriously,if you matched the Pret price for a coffee (£1.60) would you sell two or three times the number? Today was a busy platform but no one seemed to be buying. Or for £3 offer a coffee and pastry or something on these lines.
