DeeDee's Family Cafe

They are lucky to even get a star if I'm honest had to ask for a new clean cup as it was evident the cup had not even been cleaned. Even the new cup they brought out was dirty. The milk was left out on the side instead of being refrigerated and the coffee machines were diabolically disgusting. The food looked unappertising and staff were handling food with their bare hands and then touching other people's plates. No gloves or hair nets are worn. The hygiene of staff is serverly lacking and non existent. The tables were not wiped down properly Food and drink are well over priced. Personally I would not reccommend this place to anyone.

This cafe is the worst I've been in, in a long time, I just popped in for a mocha expecting actual Costa style coffee, ended up tasting like cheap hot chocolate and I couldn't even taste the coffee what so ever and I wasn't able to drink for 20 after I got served. The cafe itself was all dirty, every table nearly had trays on it the cutlery was all dirty aswell. I would recommend that people should go to an actual Costa as the staff are properly trained.

I went for a shop at the range and then went to see dees cafe upstairs. Every table had a tray on it, the cutlery was dirty and I had to go up 3 times to ask for the cutlery station to be filled up and in that time my overpriced food went cold. A bacon cheese turn over for near £2.50. Greggs would have been less oily and tastier for just over a pound. The staff member took my order but cut me off multiple times to have a chat with a another staff member. Was really rude. The pots were rusty and the espresso cups used were filthy. I took pictures to warn everyone, surprised more people haven’t gotten ill like I did.

Went to DeeDee's just to get two take away Costa coffee's and simply wish I hadn't bothered. The girl serving had zero customer service skills, she picked a cloth up off the floor and proceeded to wipe down the sides with it, followed then by using a brush to flick food debris from the counter to the floor. As for the coffees, they went straight back for a refund, not hot, not even sure if they actually had coffee in them. Not a great advertisement for Costa that's for sure!! Won't be going again.

Bought coffee and ordered panini. Waited 20 mins (had finished coffee by now) asked staff, told there was mistake it hadn’t been ordered properly! we could have been waiting some time!!!

I went to the worthing one today for some lunch. The lady severing whos name was Sarah was absolutely lovely. She was the only member of staff working in the cafe serving a queue of people. Doing coffee's, food and dishes as well as serving the food. She kept calm and polite through out all the time we were there and was very efficient. Despite certain impatient customers she kept going, this lady deserves a medal !

One of my worst cafe experiences, went to the canterbury one, no vegetarian options for my mum! cups were dirty, spoons dirty, very over priced for a cuppa! Tables not wiped down, most of the tables was empty but still full of the last customers stuff. Will not be going again. Wasnt even a nice cuppa either!
