Its a lovely idea, and a great children's menu, but massively over-priced food (an Ella's pouch costs £3! and £4.99 for a few bits of bread and cheese and apple), the soft play is a bit tatty and the baby bouncer dirty and tired. The staff are generally friendly, though one member of staff told 3 little boys playing on the softplay to quieten down while they were in the middle of a business meeting next to the softplay area. In my opinion they should have such meetings elsewhere or out of hours. They also don't take bank cards which is a real hassle. The coffee is great though and there are some really nice ideas to keep children busy like chalk drawing on the wall and lots of books and puzzles.

Food ok but not great.
One staff member was borderline rude, made us wait forever to be served, and when she eventually spoke to us it was like a big hassle to take a simple order, no please or thank yous, unwelcoming. Softplay while small is nice and kept the kids busy for a good while hence two stars.

We love this family play cafe. The small soft play is for under 8's. They cater brilliantly for kids, even my gluten free coeliac son with an anaphalactic peanut allergy. Totally allergy competant.

One of our favourite places with children. Lovely menu for all ages, most excellent selection of yummy fruit tea. Soft play is perfect for young children.

A nice place to grab a coffee but it was full of flies when we were in today. It all felt a little grubby and the high chairs were sticky. the coffee was very good! I’ll be back, but hope they give the place the deep clean it desperately needs!

They helped organise a wee birthday party for us out of towners. Perfect for a three year old. Allowed us to bring our own birthday cake and they cut it up for us. Put out some balloons etc, lovely staff and great play options. So helpful when we were on the other side of the world from home.

This is THE friendliest place you can possibly go to. A local family cafe run by a great couple who genuinely care about standards and the right environment. Great food, great drinks and beautiful clean decor Brilliant!
