Really nice staff/volunteers who couldn't have been more helpful to us on our short visit. I would highly recommend popping in for a map then heading out for a walk. When you're good and frozen come back for a lovely coffee.

Very nice place for walk. Wild life watching opportunity. Very quiet specially in middle week. Lovely place with many accesses to water . A lot of places with benches . Car park 2.50 GBP Monday to Friday. Weekends 3.50 GBP. Can't walk with dogs unfortunately 😟

A small but useful shop that serves the nature reserve very well and you can purchase or hire binoculars from them as well as gifts from the shop and a small cafeteria for tea,coffee,crisps etc and the staff are very efficient at dealing with any enquiries about the nature reserve

This hideout cafe is good to have because you can buy souvenirs that you can take home with you and can have icecreams too.
