Dawn's Delight

Came in to have food, sat down, a couple of us talking then when others leave. Both staff members slagging us all off whilst I was still sat down. Not very professional! Used to like it here but never will I purchase food/drink from it again! Disgraceful! So rude! Need to think about their volume of their voices!

Lady with blonde hair to shoulders and glasses other lady has brown hair done up in pony tail and had glasses sitting on her head.

Went in to Dawn's delight for breakfast yesterday. The place looked clean and welcoming but once I got inside I was greeted with a very unhappy and stressed lady behind the counter who informed me "any orders will be at least thirty minutes because she was so busy ". There were only three people including myself in there. I then had to listen to her complaining about how busy she always is and how terrible her boss and owner is. I received my breakfast wich was adequate enough, nothing special but felt uncomfortable the entire time I was in there because of the constant moaning from the staff. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Sorry but I won't be going back.

These women should definitely not be
Working with the public, moaning loudly to each other in front of the customers, moaning about there jobs, zero friendliness, rude and just don’t come across as very nice, so unprofessional would be better suited out of the public eye, we used to come here because we thought it was cheap and cheerful now sadly just cheap. Lady’s you need to learn how to be respectful of other people there’s people sharing it all over social media how rude you are, they can’t all be wrong and me and my partner witnessed this first hand and it’s put us off completely

Food not too bad. Wont allow to swap items from Breakfast menu which is pretty poor. Food was reasonable but not outstanding.

We’ve just had an amazing lunch. I had a lovely bacon sandwich with lots of lean bacon, my husband had steak pudding with mash and veg. He really enjoyed it. Definitely be back soon. The prices are so reasonable, good size portions and such friendly staff, what more could you want.

New staff seem very friendly, great fresh food and prices not to bad either. Best cafe in Cheriton in my opinion.

I tour the uk a lot for work, this is the best breakfast In I don’t know how long

Sausage + bacon - amazing
Eggs - great!
Honestly - I’m going to come back tomorrow for another one

Had egg chips and beans. I was disappointed with the chips. Very soft and soggy. It was quite expensive too.but it wasn't that busy. Probably why.
