This lovely cafe sits just on the outskirts of Snarestone, set in a huge log cabin, it has a large cafe/tea room and also a wool and knitting shop all under the one roof. The knitting area even has comfy sofa arm chairs for you to sit in and while away some time knitting.

The cafe has a good selection of foods, the eggs benedict was very good.

There is also a animal walk which is £2 for adults and £3 for over two’s or £9 for a family ticket. They have Pygmy goats, Alpaca’s (Obviously), Donkeys, Pigs and Chickens and a large array of wild birds, you can just amble around and let the little ones take it all in.

The staff are very friendly, it’s well worth the visit.

Came in with the Spondon CC for our coffee stop. This is an independent cafe adjacent to an Alpaca Farm, hence the name and was obviously popular with people arriving on two wheels, various groups on cycles and some on motor bikes. Reasonable selection of tea, coffee, cakes and hot food reasonable prices.
The service was good and all staff, some experienced and some just starting their employment were all very competent.
The brownie was bit lightweight, (my personal preference) and coffee a bit weak (again personal preference), which is why it got a 4 start. It is more of a 4.5 star cafe but not the brilliance of a 5 star. Would I cycle the 35 miles from home to visit again? Certainly.

Great time out for family and cheap entry too! Me, my husband and baby loved it! Was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't just alpacas, there are lots of other farm animals there too and they are all so friendly, you can get plenty of cute photos and the cafe was lovely. Lots of selections of cakes and drinks. They also do a lunch menu and afternoon teas. Cannot wait to visit again!

Really well thought out venue for a visit with the children or just for a coffee or breakfast. The family ticket to see the animals at £9.00 is good value.

The alpacas are really friendly and easy to get good pictures. Ample parking with both indoor and outdoor seating.

I attended here with Sense Holiday makers, it's disabled friendly. Also with covid 19 they require you to wash your hands before you enter the farm and when you leave. The farm is beautiful, we got to meet the goats first, they were stunning and so friendly and some liked to be stroked. I was taken aback by their beautiful eyes their pupils were a strange shape which I found was quite odd. A lady who worked there spoke with us and gave us a list of names, my favourite out of all of them was Chucky.
We saw an old London bus in the middle of the farm which was an abit of a surprise. The Alpacas we're amazing, alot were different colours, unfortunately weren't as friendly they didn't come too close to stroke them but that didn't take away the experience as I was worried they we're going to spit at us HA!
There was also a couple of donkeys and two huge pigs which after eating vegan food all week not by choice I thought of mouthwatering bacon (naughty I know).
Upon the walk out it was nice to see they had a gift shop, would have been better if they sold a few better gifts like fridge magnets/postcards ect for tourist's.
They have a cute little café, didn't use it unfortunately but it looked accessible and very clean.

Lovely place to walk around and see animals including alpaca, pigs, goats and sheep. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Food and drink was delicious, there were gf options and a choice of lunch options and wonderful cakes. Thanks for a great afternoon, we'll be back!
