Lovely cakes and coffee. Especially the red velvet cake is awesome. All waiters are very polite and helpful. The interior was very delicate.

The salad and fish and chips were really good, but they didn’t have any alcohol other than beer and wine. The other food was alright, I wouldn’t return though

We came here for afternoon tea and it was pretty good - not the best. The main dishes are much better!!! Service was ok - not bad but not excellent as we had to ask for our bill 10 times. Can be a bit slow as they are very busy. You may have to queue!! Seating outside was really nice (as we went on a warmish day) but ample seating inside. HUGE variety on the menu!!! Afternoon tea was nice - sandwiches tasted fresh & the scones were warm & soft which is always a plus for me!! I wouldnt say its massively expensive but its not cheap. I would come back but maybe for the main dishes.

I would recommend having a reservation if you are planning to visit. The honey cake is a must try. I hope to see an improvement in the service the next time I visit, say asking for napkins or cutlery or if the customer would like anything that will make their cafe experience/visit better.

Rendezvous with another couple who were staying at Oxford St, decided to hv coffee and cakes here.

Service 5 star
Beverage 4 star
Cakes 4 star

The hot choc was sweet but taste ok, staff were efficient but don’t expect much warmth (which was fine). Street not too busy so nice place to rest your weary legs after shopping therapy 😁

Caffe Concerto, it a lovely choice for breakfast and brunch. My family and I came for dessert and coffee. ☕️ 🍰

I liked this branch more than the one in Knightsbridge. The manager was so kind and funny. I really enjoyed my time.

It’s so good and the outside seating area is very good. Even though it was very very cold 🥶 they had no heaters only covers.

My second visit here at this outlet. Lovely rainy evening spent at Cafe Concerto. Saqlain who was attending to us was very gracious and made sure we make my last evening in London( with my mum, sister and her kids) a memorable one. I would definitely recommend it to everyone strolling down Oxford street to come by and enjoy some coffee and scones.

Just like their other branches, this Caffè Concerto is often very busy, and service is a bit on and off. Food is OK, I prefer the cakes and pastries and stuff with tea and coffee over their mains, I think there is more consistency and everything I have tried has always been a decent quality, whereas their mains are a bit meh depending on the branch and what you order (I don't have anything I would recommend sorry). The good thing about this branch though is that it is open pretty much 365 days a week, including Christmas (expect queueing though).
