Went to this place approx 3.20pm on 7 June. It was closed although the sign on the door clearly says they are open until 4pm. My grandchildren were very disappointed and while we stood there a man came out from around the corner and said "open tomorrow". Did he think I was going to stand there all night? I said they should be open until 4 and he replied that they always shut if it is raining. It was not raining at the time. Obviously completely unreliable.

Cafe in recreation park - only seating is outside so it's not for inclement weather. Acres of space for kids to run about - bring a ball. Drive in from Park Avenue to small car park. Friendly staff. OK food.
