A very comfortable environment, great ambience. Lovely invitations to fill your own candy treat bag or top your toast/ muffin with different spreads. Drinks at fair prices, which in itself is astonishing for decent tea and coffee.My sons chicken pesto wrap was so filling l got the rest of it !!. I imagine it gets very busy during lunch time but post two o clock this is a space to unwind, read, text, switch off and it's not often that l say take a break in the beautiful clean toilets !

Since the new management took over earlier this month it has been the worst experience I have had in the 3 years that I have worked in this building. The new staff never smile and are extremely unhelpful and don't seem to be willing to listen to feedback from their customers. They open their doors when they are ready, I will be finding an alternative coffee shop.
