This cafe serves delicious tea called karak chai for as cheap as £1 and they serve hot food that includes mixed sandwiches, chaat, wrap, roll & desserts. Reasonable sitting area, Pay & display parking available.

Visited here as there was a bit of traffic on Ilford Lane around chaiwala and needed to be somewhere so went here to save time and being stuck in traffic. Long story short waited 15-20 mins for a karak chai and honestly worst tea I’ve ever had!! Genuinely tasted like warm water and a dash of milk no karak involved. Took one sip and threw away instantly. Seriously considering to go back to get a refund of £1.70 lol. Maybe other things on the menu might be decent but this visit has put me off to try. Avoid!

Just had the best samosa ever (and we tasted a lot) freshly made. Took a little while but never had them so fresh and perfectly spiced. Polite and friendly staff.

Their instant machine made coffee is exceptional. I know it's a very basic thing and I could get it elsewhere but for £1.70 it's not bad when you need a little pick me up. Usually shop is quite so you get served immediately.

Came all the way from Croydon and this was my first visit here and the food was fresh and tasty. The best part was the lady named Garima at the counter as she was very helpful and polite despite of the rush. Not only she did take care of my intolerance to spices but also served the food in exactly the same manner I asked. Gonna recommend my friends to visit this place.

Waited for 1 hour for one egg paratha and after 1 hour they said that the people come after me they get food because they call on phone. The person lie. Very bad experience. I will no go again because of that. I admit that Food is good quality and fresh but sometime the guy miss comment with you and you have to wait ages. If the shop is empty then there are chances that you will get your food, otherwise you have to wait a lot.

Wt... Cheap version of chaiwala, even then they couldn't get it right... the teas are just awful! I ordered a karak... But its been brewed soo many times, its burnt out!

Table was moving all over the place.. Hygiene was just 🤮.

Worst karak chai I've ever had. Ive tried many but this was just poorly made, including the service. Waited 10-15 mins to order while they just didn't bother with serving. They continued chatting amongst themselves, until I rang the bell ,even then, they seemed unbothered to serve. Won't be going back there for sure. No thank you! Lol
