Not sure how this place has such a high star rating... they must be bribing customers for good reviews. The food was absolutely shocking. And when we went to pay the bill they tried to charge us nearly £45. The lady behind the counter was one of the rudest women I have ever met. Customer service was awful. Shouting at my partner and myself and threatening to call the police when we said the food was not worth £45. 3 meals and 3 drinks. Not once did they do a check back to make sure thr food was okay. And the food and drinks were bought out far apsrt from eachother so one person at our table was sat waiting for a while. They then magically brought the price down to £32. Which we reluctantly payed and left. This was our first time and we will never be revisiting this place again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please think before visiting this place.

Edit: The response the restaurant gave to this review is appalling. The lady behind the counter mustve been in her 50s dark hair. Was so disgustingly rude to us (I'm assuming she's the one that responded to this review). We didn't get the chance to speak to anybody about the food until we went to the counter as nobody came back to our table to check. And we had a very valid reason for not wanting to pay "the food was awful, cold and way overpriced and we had barely touched it. And for them to say we the lady wasn't rude to us is unbelievable. We have never experienced customer service like this.

Again please think before you visit this place. Their only saving grace was the milkshakes. Such a shame everything else was a complete shambles

Lovely staff but when food arrived there was a black hair on my plate and the other meal which was a breakfast had very fatty bacon and the fried bread was just a slice of toast

I wouldn't recommend this place.
Service was okay, but the food was pretty poor.
Eggs Benedict, ham was very cheap, eggs uncooked, salad really dirty and quite overpriced for this place at £8.50.
Standard English breakfast was okay, but surprised no toasts came with it though.

We live in Yorkshire and my elderly Mum in Sutton wanted a Sunday Dinner with us. Tim’s Cafe delivered a wonderful Sunday dinner, roast beef, roast potatoes, selection of vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and delicious gravy. Mum was so happy, we shared Sunday dinner experience over a video call. Thank you Tim’s Cafe you made us very happy.
