i don’t normally leave bad reviews but just had the weirdest encounter here - firstly i’ve been patronising sista hub for the past 2 years so not my first time visiting. i’ve noticed a change of staff/owners (not sure?) and since then the food has been really quite bad (i had some chicken last time and it was pretty inedible). today i asked for an iced latte to which the staff asked “white or black?” it’s a latte……..and she asked again if i wanted it with milk or no milk, so i clarified. when i got the drink i asked if it was iced as the drink was served in a coffee cup for hot drinks - she confirmed it was. i opened it and it was a hot coffee? or maybe it had a few cubes that melted and therefore became lukewarm coffee? not sure what’s going on but i’ve lost my motivation to head to sista hub, which is a shame as i’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now.

Good food and a good service!

Went in for a hot drink just to kill some time before an appointment & was not greeted, the first impression. There was only one guy in front of me who was talking to one of the staff for 5 minutes before I was asked i wanted anything. As if I was there just to stare. I was then told no sorry we can't serve you as we close at 2pm, the time was 1:35pm. Wouldn't suggest giving your hard earned money to these people.

New Menu and specials (ribs,mackerel, Lasagna..)

Pre ordered a massive breakfast for my family. Was so excited to wake up to a hot meal! I got the notification that driver was being assigned and woke everyone up and told them about the breakfast surprise... Only for it to never show up. After an hour sista hub "declined my order" and didn't even bother to answer their phone to explain. Total let down.

Oh my Lord! This is the most delicious coffee so far!!!!
Such a sweet lady over the counter too!!! I am very satisfied! ☕ 🤩
