Ordered a matcha latte and braffle. The braffle with the jam was really good; I liked it better than pairing it with the butter. This is a nice place to sit down and enjoy your afternoon. They were really busy when I arrived around 4:30pm, so the queue was a bit long. I also told them that I had a peanut allergy, but they still gave me a biscuit (in the picture with the matcha) that contained peanuts. Another server came by and took it away after he realised the mistake.

This place is always busy busy for a quick bite. We got lucky to get our table within 30 mins. Food is good as always and today we had an amazing server that go an extra miles to make sure my wife won’t get allergic from the ingredients of the dishes that we ordered, BRAVO!

Terrific Croque Monsieur and signature chocolate dessert. Macchiatto was well made with nice Latte art for the small cup, but as is too typical in London, the beans were over-roasted and the coffee was well into the bitter zone. Thus, couldn't quite give it full marks.

The scone was good but they served with butter not clotted cream. The Menu stated that they served with clotted cream so I ask the server and she said that they’re out and she forgot to let us know. It’s a very big difference between butter and clotted cream and they thought we didn’t know? A bit overpriced for what we had. Sandwich and coffee also just ok. I would go somewhere else.

I hate that you have to walk the gauntlet before reaching the café...but maybe it's just me. It is a department store after all. We enjoyed our cream tea very much. The scones were fresh and delicious.

Nice place, although unfortunately a let down by the hostess at the front, she asked would you like to start with stoll or sparkling water, to which I replied can we have tap water? And i got a huff and an eye roll. Incredibly judgemental and unprofessional. The food was good quality. I had the salmon bagel and you really got a lot of food for your money. Never did get the tap water though, and I was rather parched.

Harrods Café is located at the 3rd floor of Harrods store, great place for coffee break with superb service and delicious menu. The Tiramisu is a must here! Coffee Americano is tasteful. Comfortable, delicate, and cozy atmosphere at the cafe. Only indoor tables, no outdoors. If the place is full you most probably will wait in a queue for your turn - the lane moves quickly.

Missus wanted some cream tea, so we popped in here. The queue was about 10 people long but moved quickly, and we got a table after 15 minutes.

Service was friendly enough, especially by the floor manager and the bespectacled young Indian man.

The creamed tea set was okay, though the plain and fruit scones tasted more bread like. The clotted cream and jam were good, as was the tea.

We also ordered a chicken kiev with brocolli. The chicken was okay, but did turn out to be a little dry. The brocolli was tasty with garlic and chilli slices.
