Bonjour Brioche

Went here for brunch on a weekend. Bagels were nothing special and massively overpriced for £10. The blueberry pancake was nice...but it was immersed in maple syrup - would suggest maple syrup is given on the side so people can decide how much to put on. Coffee was good though

Will return for the pancakes but the very average yet overpriced bagels really put us off.

Cozy cafe with outdoor seating and delicious eggs! Try one of the dishes with their signature toasted brioche (yes it lives up to its name!). The service was wonderful too and it's really popular with locals in the area so worth trying to reserve a table.

Food & Price: Taste of food is amazing the apple tart the bagel coffee and smoothie all great, but a little overpriced.

Menu & location: There is a very broad range of choices, vegan, vegetarian diet free gluten free everything great place near the park but it closes at 4 pm, so early.

Staff: staff is very helpful and nice however everyone looks sad.. unhappy :(

Overall you got a generous 4 stars, as your food is great, coffee as well, some bumps on the way

Lots of people complaining about the price. I agree some food is slightly expensive but they do use very nice ingredients and if you see the menu and don’t like the price then you can always leave.
I thought the bagel I had was delicious and the drink I had too.

Been here a few times now, the last time I had a bacon and brie brioche with avo and chili jam, it was SO good! Always a favourite of mine. I usually have the peanut butter milkshake which is to die for! But i opted for a healthier iced oat latte which is also delightful 😊

There was no brioche.... and nothing about it is francophone. A rather baffling fact with a name like "Bonjour Brioche". That disappointment aside, the bagels are nice if overpriced, the coffee is burnt more often than not and the staff leave much to be desired. Unless you are really dying for a bagel, spend your money elsewhere.

(red jacket with the white fluffy dog, sat outside ) and changed my stay in order to take away.. i might have been charged for an item i initially ordered but did not receive with my take away, 🍌 banana bread?
Order: charged £28.65
Received:
Bacon bagel + extra bacon side
Forest smoothie
Dirty Chai
Did not receive: banana bread

I've tried calling, but no one is picking up the phone. I'd just like to know if i was charged for the missing item or not? Might be everything is fine, but there are no prices listed or a photo of the full menu so i can't check.

Would someone from the restaurant please reply and provide a way to correspond if needed?

I am vegan, my partner is a really picky person. They made us so happy with everything. Good coffee, very frienly service, amazing and healthy foods. We’ll definitely come back.

After this review, we became regulars and met various staff. Some are really rude. I went there a morning when the cafe was completely empty, I said I would have drinks and study but do tell me if you need my table after half an hour so I would leave, waiter said half an hour for drinks, one hour for food. I asked even if the cafe is empty, waiter mumbled about how he would understand he would need the table if another customer comes. Basically, I won’t be having any food or drink from this place anymore. Even if my friend’s are sitting there, I will just visit and sit with them.
