I wouldn't say the service is bad but sometimes the staff disappear when people queuing up. However the food is horrible, period. Sausages are reheated in microwave but sadly still cold, and actually everything seems so cold, except for harsh browns and chips. Do not order the jacket potato like I did. The potato was only half heated, not even baked. The worst was the filling, the tuna and cheesse, just took it from the fridge and put on the lukewarm potato and that's it! I would expect they bake the whole thing again, like what a normal jacket potato should be.

Standard Tesco cafe clean and tidy. Ordered all day breakfast and a cup of tea at 1400hrs on a Saturday. Service was quite quick. Sat down to tuck in and the sausages, bacon and beans were all cold, hash browns not much warmer.
Asked for a refund and they weren't going to refund the cup of tea as I could still drink it.
Supervisor came out and said it was cooked fresh. I asked how had it got cold walking to the table. Again I was told it was cooked fresh. I explained I saw them serve the bacon, sausage and hash browns out of Tupperware containers. The supervisor said they we cooked fresh and then put in containers.
Maybe all day breakfast means it sits there all day.
Better off with a £3 meal deal from the fridge. (Will probably be warmer too.)
Not recommended - Not returning.

Another place in London that 'doesn't do' poached eggs! Rock hard avocado and tomatos on soft toast. We complained that it was terrible but the response was 'was it?' With no offer to sort it. The English breakfast was standard, can't grumble. The coffee machine was out but they sorted me a cheap nescafe. In all fairness, I wasn't expecting much from a supermarket cafe but only being satisfied with a third of our order falls well below my expectation.

Looks like there's a new preferable menu with several healthy options. The ladies who served from from start to finish were Alma and Michelle. Excellent customer service start to finish, also accommodated a food swap at no extra cost. Will go again for breakfast. Seating area could do with updating to be fair but clean nonetheless.

Lady with short light hair and glasses at the Cafe offers worst experience ever. Rude and disrespectful towards customers. Other staff are nice though.

absolutely diabolical, waited 20 minutes for one of the worst breakfast i’ve ever had , a few bites got up and walked out, 95 pence for a slice of toast, £1.80 for a cup of tea , avoid this place at all cost.wish i could add a picture

Shakshuka eggs, BOOM! Delicious, lovely brunch and very nice staff! My first and only time here so far (came on a Saturday morning), so I can't compare to the others but my experience was great. It's not fine dining, so not sure what others are expecting!
