The waffle was fresh and the staff were nice.

Absolutely abominable!!!! They were very busy today and I stood in the line and ordered my waffle. Afterwards I waited for 20 minutes for my waffle (I timed it). And they kept serving people who had come after me!!!! How dare they! And when I approached them and asked if they were making my waffle they just said yes and brushed me off. I then came up to the till and I asked again how is it fair they are serving people who had come after me - the lady replied “we had run out of waffles” - I MEAN DO I LOOK BLIND - SHES SERVING WAFFLES TO PEOPLE WHO CAME AFTER ME. She eventually made my waffle and I said again that it is completely unfair to serve people who come after me I want an apology and all I got as a response is “yes exactly” - LIKE AT LEAST APOLOGISE - WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT. I have been going here regularly but NEVER AGAIN. ABSOLUTE RACISM!!

Lovely freshly cooked waffle - a nutella sandwich, a perfect treat after a long afternoon. Not too sweet or overloaded with nutella and separate cream/ice cream pots so you can add as much or as little as you like. Service very friendly too. Highly recommend this place for a quick treat. Nice touch with the lemon water self serve decanter - perfect accompaniment to the dessert.

I have been having these waffles from past more than 10years. I used to go Bonds street, South Kensington, Westfield & etc.

They are best in town..if somebody don’t like them clearly no offence they don’t know the real taste of Belgian Waffles.

They can only enjoy Tesco waffles because that’s what they eat...

Disappointed with the low level of hygiene especially in Harrow shopping centre...they pressed on the waffle with the same gloves that they put rubbish in the bin..the waffle was made earlier and only heated when we bought it and tasted bad

Wafflemeinster is my new addiction, the texture of the waffles is splendid. Probably the best waffles in London. All ingredients are fresh including the whipped cream.

High Price....

Sp during C19 time, when people are hesitant to step out, short on cash to spend, I find this place, which is attractive to kids 'v high price' for the menu or service they offer.
Very bland service experience !
