Very welcoming, amazing hospitality (great coffee and baked goods), all staff have the most uplifting positive energy and love the dogs. Our Tora is so happy to go there - she actually pulls us to the door when we are in the area, and is so disappointed when they’re closed! I have no doubt she’d leave a 5 star rating so I’m doing it on her behalf.

The absolute BEST! Panni is the best groomer, she's super thoughtful and thorough, always leaving my baby looking beautiful. The staff is so warm and welcoming, the coffee is delish, and the store downstairs has the greatest toys and grooming products. Love it here, we'll never go anywhere else :)

I take my pekingese Button here for her grooms and they are wonderful, especially Panni, my dog absolutely loves her and is actually excited to go in the shop, vs my old groomer where i had to drag her in against her will. She comes out looking beautiful every time, highly recommend these lovely groomers!

Very cute little coffee shop with brilliant coffee and dog watching. Comfy and cosy environment and too with all the sofas, and no dog hair! Great spiced pumpkin latte for Autumn as well.

Oh my God, what an absolutely wonderful place to go with your dog. I felt immediately right at home. The staff are extremely friendly, and dogs are made to feel like total royalty. There’s a cosy cafe area in the main entrance, and downstairs, a doggie boutique and salon. I took my Pekingese who was hugely fussed over - which made he and I feel very special. My friend and I had coffee and within moments of arriving, we felt we belonged. Cafe are very good, especially for London W1. I have no experience of their grooming service though, and I’m unaware of the costs involved. We will return again. It’s a great little place to meet up, and have a coffee/tea with a friend, say, after work. Truly, I can’t praise this place enough. Well done ladies.

Our little one absolutely LOVES going to the doggy daycare! The staff are so wonderful and so playful with all the doggies! Every morning when we go to drop him off he leaps into their arms with pure joy!!!!! And the videos / photos throughout the day are the BEST!!! We love Mr and Mrs. Small so much ❤️

The grooming and day-care facilities are the best in London. Super friendly and kind staff who love dogs! Whenever I am about to drop my dog (Pascal), he runs eagerly to their door from even around the corner. 10/10 recommend!

A little gem of a place!! Great coffee and a deal on coffee and croissant 😋 aimed at dog owners and dog lovers- lots of bits for sale for the discerning dog owner, with a grooming parlour downstairs. Very clean and comfortable with no hairs in sight!
