First visit today and my daughter loved it! We have tried nearly every soft play in South London and she never thrived or felt confident like she did here. I think the intimate sizing and limit to under 5s only is best for my daughter and other kids who find interactions with other scary. The play cafe has a separate area for under 2s which great. The range of foods ans drinks on offer are vast and the prices are so reasonable. You can walk in like I did today but booking is best via the site. I really enjoyed my time here as much as my daughter did as for once I saw her feel comfortable and I was stress free, as there was no tears of anxiety (from either of us). You have full view of the play area from the dining area so if your little one has separation anxiety they'll feel comfortable seeing you so close. The climbing frame is great size for toddlers and not too overwhelming, as I have seem many soft plays have steps that can't be done without adult help. I would give here 10/10 and the service was so friendly and approachable. I'll definitely be back.

Best money I’ve spent since my kids arrived! This place is great - it’s small enough that the little ones can really have fun without being intimidated by the size or by big kids, and when they’re a bit bigger they can go around on their own, which means you can let them run off all that excess energy safely while you watch over the rim of your cup of tea. The food and drink is simple, child-friendly, and always top notch, and service is excellent - whether there’s a dozen families or you’re on your own. The online booking is really easy to use, and the multi-buy ticket is such great value. Well worth a visit!

I'm a regular customer here both my sons absolutely love it here rain or sunshine whenever I ask them what they want to do they say go to Prescillas's. My eldest is 5 my youngest is 2 years old

They like making new friends there and it's really cosy and the food is lovely the staff are so friendly too!

Highly recommended. As far as I know its up to 5 years old kids can play. It's cos it's not big so you can chill and have a hot drink and a chat while the little ones play.

I visited today with my partner and 8month old baby. We absolutely loved it!

The centre was the perfect size, with a good max amount of children in at one time. It was extremely clean and ideal for my son to play in.

Additionally, the lady (possibly called Stacey) who worked there was very friendly, polite and professional. She was welcoming and very attentive, even when they got busy.

We will definitely return. Lovely to see a place that is concerned with the experience being clean and enjoyable, rather than just making loads of money and allowing loads of children in to pack out the place. Thanks for the great customer service and experience.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Priscilla's Cafe yesterday. I couldn't praise the staff more: from Stacey's responsiveness during the weeks prior to the actual date, to Lynn's helpfulness on the day, and absolute friendliness from both, they were brilliant! Thanks for helping us organising a great birthday party!

This is our favourite indoor soft play area. We missed it when they were shut most of last year due to Covid restrictions. But tthye are open now and we have been a few times. The area is well kept all clean and with limited kids per session. The booking system through their website is absolutely fab and easy. Highly recommend this place if the kiddo needs some energy burning to do nd you need a place to sit and have a coffee.

Good for toddlers, my 2 year old enjoys it but only downside is that it is a bit pricey for 1 hour. I would come more often if it was a bit cheaper. Also in Winter it was freezing (even with socks on) and my little one got ill as a result

This place is absolutely fabulous for under 5s. It has everything they could want and need. I attended a session with my daughter and she loved it. The service was great. We then recently hired it privately and held her 3rd birthday party there and it went very well. The price is affordable and the service is amazing. The staff are friendly, down to earth and very understanding of your needs as a parent.
