Sad experience! I love the environment! Had a croissant and hot chocolate and they asked me to leave because I didn't order a dish. If I knew, I wouldn't have asked any food in the first place.... Very bad costumer service

A very nice place to sit in the sun, doing some people-watching and having a great breakfast! Very funny owner :-D thank you for "the best breakfast of our lives"!

I love that place and so do my dogs! Perfect for your morning croissant, your cup of tea, and your lunch. The club sandwich is truly amazing.

Cute little place. Feels like at home. And when eating food it also feels like you have just cooked it for yourself at home. Nothing special. That’s why 4 stars. Because when I go out to eat somewhere I want to receive something more, some twist.

This hole in the wall cafe is run be 3 enterprising ladies with a passion to offer their best service and food. We had an assortment of their breakfast Dishes and could not fault any of them . Value for money and lovely people .

Friday, 10:30 in the morning, I came in that lovely cafe.
My plan was to have a flat white and work for an hour before having lunch. I sat down at a comfy place by the window, enjoying the sunshine coming through.
Unfortunately, I felt right in the beginning after ordering my coffee and opening my laptop that I was maybe not the type of customer the owner wanted to have in his place. He dropped the coffee at my table in an unfriendly way (no words, no look, no smile, nothing)... But ok, why not.
After 35 minutes, he picked up my coffee, asked me if I would like anything else. I politely answered that I was good and thanked him.
Then, a pastry supplier came in with fresh pastries and the owner started to cut some pieces of pastries and offer those to all his regular customers who were in the place at that moment. Very nice of him. Except the fact that he didn't offer me anything, neither even looked at me, passing by and acting like I was not there, like I was simply not a customer...
10 minutes after, his waitress came to my table asking me if I wanted to order something else; "not now, thank you", and she asked me to leave within 10 minutes to free the table...
So I left (I'm still waiting for a simple "bye").
Therefore, I unfortunately didn't have the chance (and time) to have lunch at Beehive, most likely because I didn't order enough for the time I stayed in there, or maybe because I'm not the type of customer the owner wants to have in his place.
I'm not the type of person who orders an espresso and stays 4 hours in a cafe, but if it happens, I always make sure my order is worth the time I spend in the place.
I've never seen that kind of attitude in a cafe in London. I found it unfriendly and very disrespectful. I obviously don't recommend that place that doesn’t reflect the warm and friendly atmosphere you can feel all around Chiswick.
PS: for the record, I didn't even use the internet connection of the place, I shared mine from my phone. 🙂
