Environment: ☆☆☆☆☆
Spectacular and a very grand interior design with comfortable seating. It really does enhance our dining experience.

Food: ☆☆☆☆
The food was great. The dessert topped with vanilla gelato (refers to attached photo) was excellent. Though I would recommend to share the dessert as it is a big plate and you may find that it is too much halfway through eating the dessert.

Price: $$$
It is very expensive.

Hospitality: 3.5
Some waitresses were very friendly while some were not so friendly, perhaps due to different culture as I think they don't mean to appear a little rude.

Since my last visit Before the pandemic they have increased their prices massively.
Value for money is definitely now very poor but still it’s a populare cafe.

Loved it
The service was TOP
We were served by Danilo
He’s so kind and always smiling
The luxury cream tea was way above our expectations
Wide variety of cakes and tarts
The coffee is delicious
We had an amazing time
Highly recommended

Nice place for a coffee and a treat before a west end show. I'd suggest the small coffee later in the evening, they do mean large. Lovely scones!

Not too bad, rather nice. Often come here and the standards appear to have picked up
Again. The scrambled eggs were very nice and a perfect texture, the croissant nicely warmed and delicious coffee

Horrible and over priced food. Went with friends to get desserts and the cakes were dry and didn’t taste good. We got a red velvet cake that was only full of hardened icing (was bright red didn’t look like red velvet). Same with the lemon cake icing made it look (and taste) funny. Overall very disappointed because decorations were nice but for the price is absolutely not worth it. We weren’t even greeted on the way out, otherwise I would’ve given them feedback. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The service was great, the food was not. Ordered salmon and avo, I got a slice of salmon on a dish that costs £18. My friend got a salad and it was soggy. Avoid

Incredible decor and ambience. Food is good but not as wow as the interior

Looks like they have moved to a terrace location. Nice view with ornate internal decorations. Classically French / Renaissance Italian

Had brunch. Nice tasting but at the price would have expected ripe avocados and eggs to be perfect. Eggs a little overdone. Cappuccino not hot enough. Pancakes hard. Room to improve
