Really lovely cafe. Convenient location just up the road from busy shoreditch high street towards hoxton.

Came in and there was a very warm cozy atmosphere. Ordered a yuzu tea drink, salted seaweed onigiri rice ball and matcha brownie.

Everything tasted amazing! Presentation was good too. Rice was fresh and seaweed tasty. Yuzu tea very nice and the matcha brownie was crumbly but delicious. I hope they do custom orders for cakes.

Interior was Japanese twist with modern but quirky elements. Highly recommend if you want to find something authentic and nice to escape the busy city

Went there last year around Summer time. Small cosy cafe, staffs were friendly, love all the Japanese bakeries I had. Will go back at some point!

A quaint little Japanese cafe we had stumbled across. Their matcha honey latte and onigiri were great. The stand out has to be the yuzu cheesecake. I will definitely be back for another matcha fix.

Quaint in the best of ways. Very cozy. Could've spent much longer discovering new things in the decor. Hōjicha was nicely brewed. Today's lunch special was a marinated steak with rice, salad, and miso soup. Staff are very nice, service was flawless.

Will return for the baked goods.

Great cafe offering a fusion mix of Western and Japanese dishes. Even a simple chicken sandwich was great, the bread was crusty and came warm. Coffee tasted good. Staff were nice and service was fast. Decor was interesting. Will visit again.

It's a hidden gem with great onigiri, they can make them warm and it's a perfect snack on the go. If you want to try onigiri and you don't like salty food then I recommend asking which types are less salty. Their prices are very reasonable.

Love this cute cafe run by Moko.
I ordered the special of the day which was roasted vegetable with chicken, rice and miso soup for a good deal.
Had an iced coffee and also a roasted salmon Onigiri rice ball.
All tasted very lovely and friendly service.
Would definitely visit again! :)

A very homey, cozy, café with good food and great coffee. When sitting inside, the design feels like you’re at someone’s house. The coffee here is a 9/10. The baked goods are all made in house and are good. The food is traditional and authentic. Love their lunch deal for £6. Includes a miso soup (10/10) and one Onigiri Ball of choice. So far the Salmon Onigiri with salted baked salmon is my favorite. Would give 5 stars, but the service isn’t really friendly and welcoming, which doesn’t really make me want to come back much.
