Very good staff, despite me ordering the wrong thing they were more than happy to change it for me at no extra charge!

The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was very nice and unique as well.

So me and my partner went into the 1917 cafe today for some lunch, I asked the waitress their if I could have the Falafel wrap but with no olives as I'm very allergic to them. She said no problem.... the food comes out I'm enjoying my wrap and I found olives inside them so i had to give the rest of my wrap to my partner. So I don't understand how the fact I specifically told her no olives as I'm allergic and finding olives. I've had to now take a trip to A&E because my whole body flared up. So thanks for that experience, I will not be back again. And please be warned if you have allergies please just don't go here.

Food and service top class. The proprietor, Daniel, knows how to choose his staff. They are efficient and attentive. I take ,or I am taken by my friends, for lunch , reasonably often. Besides a varied menu there is a set one consisting of main course and dessert accompanied by a drink soft or otherwise. Daniel always welcomes me . I assume he does the same to all of his clients.A great family restaurant and yet you can also just for coffee.

Nice atmosphere,christmas decorations,friendly staff. The coffee grinder was too noisy and was left for long even couldn't hear my friends.
Coffee with alcohol was delicious. Food burger with chicken tasteless and dry.The burger recipe needs to be improved

A perfect place to chill! I've been going to this place for ages. I LOVE the ambience, the food and the customer service. The eggs Verde and the coffees are my go to things to have there. The cakes taste amazing too. It's the perfect place to eat after shopping in Glades.
