Wonderful place! Try the fantastic Buddha bowls.

I dined in with a friend and had a very healthy buddha bowl. I will return as I have heard the wraps are good! Nice friendly staff.

Generous tasty salads. Good coffee & lovely homemade energy balls. It's always really good.

Good wholesome, healthy food and great coffee......all served up by some fab, cheery staff to boot! Had the 'Mushroom Stack' today.....one poached 🥚 on a portobello mushroom, sat on 2 slices of sourdough toast with smashed avocado 🥑. What a great way to start the day!

Would highly recommend - brimming with super tasty yet still healthy options! A must visit on your Shoreham list :)

Loved their Buddha bowls very generous amount even on the small ones. They do plant based milks which is great sadly today was the last day in the area so probably won't be back for a while.

Choices of bowl sizes and types of salads, wraps, types of dressing, etc. Friendly staff, good coffee in attractive porcelain, pleasant surroundings indoors and some outdoor seating, as well as clean loo.

My friend and l had a delicious lunch here. Freshly baked filled potatoes. l had with kicking chicken in mine and an alternative choice of salads. All the salads looked very good and l would have been tempted with a salad bowl had it not been such a cold day. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Will go again.
