Fantastically cheap and brilliant customer service!

Great coffee excellent customer service and freshly made sandwich. Defo recommend this place for lunch and also there platters for business meeting.

One of those fantastic traditional sandwich places that offer great personal friendly service !!!

Even if the food is delicious for me, customer service is everything. I work next door so they are familiar with my face. It is very convenient in term of distance but at times I would rather go further afield or pay more to receive my order with a friendly greeting. The two female members of staff have attitude and they are not welcoming. My colleague brought me a tea accidentally with cows milk (which I can’t drink) I kindly asked them to swap it for an alternative milk or black tea and they said no that I would have to pay for another one as it cost them- they lose money! It was a simple mistake. Especially as we shop there often- it would have been effortless and good customer service to just change the tea. After speaking with the management he agreed but it was such a big faff just for a cuppa at 6.30am. I won’t be buying from there again.
