I want to say a great big thank you to the staff who took my phone call as I am deaf. It was from Queens regarding the change of appointment time, they were supposed to contact me by text or email but I guess the Queens staff cannot read properly. I didn’t get his name properly but it was Poi***** P, a very nice man who knew how to say thank you in deaf sign language
