I often pop in here when I'm shopping, it's more out of convenience than anything else. The food is reasonably priced, there are usually plenty of seats available and there are facilities for those with babies.

I do find though, that it takes a long time to get served, more likely due to staff shortages, but they have a canteen style service, where you can pick and choose what you need along the way, ordering drinks at the till. They make drinks at the pay station, because it's usually just one person taking the money, making the drinks and them sometimes they need to take the drinks to the customers it's at this point when you feel they need extra staff. Your food is getting cold whilst you wait in line.

Food was dried out and there is a particularly miserable dark haired lady that rings your order up. Like the food all the joy has been sucked out and is overpriced. The coffee is acceptable though.

Iced latte probably worst ive had. Wasnt offered any syrups. 4.30pm no hot food and putting cold food away. Staff seemed to be waiting for you to leave so they could get away. Website says 6pm close. Closed by 5pm.

Breakfast has changed here and in a good way. Food is cooked to order. No batch produced breakfast. Service is amazing as always!

Slow service and food like warm, raw tomato instead of grilled like stated, not a great choice for breakfast anymore and freezing cold in there

The food and the service was over all poor. My mum had a RAW, uncooked mushroom - priced separately from the full English - while me and my brother enjoyed well cooked mushrooms. Her scrambled eggs might as well have been hard-boiled eggs grinded up in a blender and just barely cooked - that's what they looked like. No salt, no pepper, nothing: it's like all the flavour was somehow just taken out. Just because food is cheap, doesn't mean it has to be terrible. Your food quality should be consistent for all customers. The service at first was fine, then when my mum made an inquiry about the state of her food, the server was acting up, walking away from her in a strop, saying that all the mushrooms were cooked the same, and if she wanted another one, it would cost extra!
To summarise, the quality of the food varied wildly, and the service seemed to dip as soon as it wasn't about serving food or taking orders.

Good value for money but a little plain (I could have ordered a side salad for £1.20). Polite friendly staff. Nice coffee.
