No sign where to queue to order, so you queue at one end. Then you get accused of queue jumping and oh! This queue is for ice cream you need to queue at the other end. So we went to the other side, after waiting 10 minutes to be served, then the new queue of people at the original side are served drinks and food before us? They then won't serve us until we requeue on the other side.

The dirty looks and disgusting comments were unbelieveable. Utterly unprofessional, poor customer service. Did not get to try their food or drinks. We went elsewhere.

I was here for a relaxing afternoon to meet up with family member that I don’t see often, we decided to get a coffee, I went in to the cafe and waited in the que the young lad at the ice cream part asked me if I wanted an ice cream I replied no thanks I would like a coffee he told me to que the other side so I did and after
Waiting 10 mins for to be served I was told to que the other end which is where I was in the first place, the older lady was rude to me and told me to wait at the back and by this time the que was very long, she refused to serve me till I had moved so in the end I walked in to town and got a coffee, I’m from Grimsby so my fun afternoon had been spoilt by a rude assistant who was unorganised and unprofessional , there was no signs to say where to que either, I have put a 1 star rating just so I can post this so really they don’t deserve any

Lovely ice cream but a bit of a wait to get served, however, worth it

Pizzas are good, sandwiches not as much but they're cheap. Runs well in lockdown

Lovely lil park cafe with a beautiful interior, not badly priced for a park and staff were very friendly

Takeout food is not as expensive as you think. Large portions. Nice staff

Another meal was nothing like what was asked for all got sent back went to subway after instead very disappointing

Nice cafe that also sells ice-cream and beer in Queens Park Chesterfield. Perfect place to get refreshments and spend some time in the park.
