Fabulous river thames setting good food and drink at the cafe .4 nights break in a holiday lodge with hot tub .

Me and my wife love this place, the foods always good as is the service and they have a grate app for ordering food and dogs are also welcome, the only down side if there is one it does get busy at times

Just back from a week in one of their lodges. Great location being close to Oxford, Reading etc.
Lovely, cozy and very well equipped accommodation with a very good hot tub.
Peaceful location looking directly onto the Thames, bit of road noise but not really noticeable inside.
The owner and cleaner we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at one of the 2 bed lodges for 4 nights in December 2021-22 Lodge was spacious, clean and comfortable it came with a hot tub which we used daily.
Would recommend for all plenty to do and see whatever the time of year.
If you are an EV driver then 7.2kw charger is available on site but will need to ask to use, or alternatively use Lidl at Wallingford 50Kw about 5 miles away.
Plenty of local shopping or Orchard Centre at Dicot on route to site, book now you won't be disappointed we did ours through Hoseasons.

Came for the Hot Tub Lodge to celebrate my Partners Birthday. Lovely well equipped Cabins with all Kitchen Equipment, Washing Materials such as Shampoo, Conditioner, Washing up Liquid and Dishwasher Tabs (Things we brought anyway of our own) beautiful view over the Thames as well as a Lovely (But very Muddy) nature trail. The hot tub was spotless and well looked after. Looking forward to returning Next year hopefully.

It seems you are paying for the location. Stopped in for tea today. 2 chicken and avacado rolls, and a 3 cheese pizza, none of us was impressed with our choices. The pizza was over powered by cheese, otherwise underwhelming and half was left uneaten.

Staff were friendly and the area is set up well for covid, with space heaters in the covered area.

Really lovely spot for a quick brunch, many tables overlooking the river. The new online ordering is excellent and very easy, the service was very quick and efficient, we really enjoyed the bacon rolls they are delicious. We will definitely be back again, highly recommended

Great location and an all day casual dining place. Interesting to look at the boats.. or hire one. Go over the lock for some nice walks by the river.
