Upper Crust

Just been upper crust Preston. Nicole and David working. Great personality both of them..credit to them.no one was at counter so both straight on cleaning duties. Always great on customer service. Always on the ball. Callum is on bar and always a pleasure having a pint whenever he is working. Always chats but never while busy. Good quality. Great staff now and met Marianna yesterday who knows the job and very pleasant for first day.Donna has done so well getting a great crew so quick at difficult times and short notice. Brilliant everyone. Definitely 5 plus stars

Staff worked fast and efficiently to serve a very busy queue. A great range of products on display. Coffee and my baguette was delicious! Will definitely be stopping in again on my next commute!

Bought a Cappuccino as I had not had my morning coffee .Rukesh served me..he was polite , friendly and attentive..he even madey coffee in my own eco mug.. excellent service . Will return

I popped in a few minutes before my train and ordered a peach iced tea and crossiant. Excellent service as usual from Simran, Vicky and Karen. Thanks to them I got my order just in time and was able to catch my train. Also lovley to chat to. Looking forward to my next visit.

I was served by Foiz and Cheryl who were AMAZING. Both extremely friendly and welcoming, and very helpful at helping me choose which baguette to have. They did a great job at explaining the new chicken katsu option and how amazing it tasted. They were correct.

I was very happy to receive a railway staff discount, the coffee wasn't the most tasty I've had from there, maybe the machine had just been cleaned, the café is well located with friendly staff but it wasn't the most cleanest around the seating area's and no litter bin !

Had a wonderful time waiting for my train today, lovely baguettes and amazing service from Vic!! Will definitely be returning in my next journey through Preston

The person making my coffee topped it up with water (correctly) then just kept letting it go so it overflowed, then poured out some, and topped it up again. The pastry I had was nice however.
