First time here. Absolutely fab. Beautiful surroundings, lovely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Food was so so good. Will most definitely become a regular visitor whenever I'm in ormskirk.. try the mushroom with Stilton.. divine

I had a ham sandwich on brown bread, costing £7.95. For this price I would expect quality bread, real butter and gammon ham. Not supermarket bread, sandwich spread and packet ham. Also the presentation was very poor, limp lettuce, a teaspoon of watery coleslaw and cheap crisps. I have been to this cafe on many occasions and have always been extremely satisfied. I know times are getting hard and cuts need to be made, but not to the extent they have taken here. Its a shame but I will not be going back.

Had a fantastic lunch here today with the family. All the food was lovely. The staff were fantastic. Really friendly and helpful. My little girl hurt herself and they couldn’t do enough for her and kept checking on her. Brilliant service and brilliant food. Thank you

This very popular & excellent coffee shop is always nice clean & tidy, provides an extensive range of drinks & food options on the menu ,tables are located on the ground floor with more upstairs. The staff are always Welcoming & provide a very pleasant table service ,which makes the experience more enjoyable, bill payments can made by cash or card .Bramley's also provide a loyalty stamp card for returning customers which I do have myself ! even though I probably only use it yearly when I stop off in Ormskirk on route to Southport from Derbyshire. I do recommend a visit whether it's just for a cuppa or bite to eat .

Very pleasant setting; very good customer service. Sadly, however, the coffee was very unpleasant. It was very anemic, lacking any body or flavour. The breakfast was also of a very poor quality: the tomatoes and mushrooms were soggy and tasteless. The meat was very poor quality. I'm not sure what type of sausage it was, but it didn't appear to be fit for human consumption. The egg was fine. I would not recommend Bramley's, which is a terrible shame, as the staff are lovely.

Enjoyed a spot of lunch here today. Had the steak baguette with mushrooms and some sides. Meal was perfect and filled me up a treat, but couldn't leave without sampling a little slice of cake too 😋. Great customer service from the staff. Will dine here again in the future.

Breakfast was poor quality, no better than Morrisons yet twice the price. The sausages were cheap Richmond type and the mushrooms were awful, maybe tinned. Very disappointed.
