A good place to grab a drink and a treat either before or after your tour. The Milkshakes are amazing and the chocolate frog box cake was mind blowing!
Good theming as well.

Had lunch at the same area as the cafe. Food only looks good. Well, the pizza was just okay. The pie isn’t that great. What you will expect from overpriced food at a tourist attraction.

Poor coffee little to no flavour, brownie and caramel tart nice but nothing exceptional and had better elsewhere. Staff had no customer service skills at all.

Must say we were extremely disappointed, on our exit we decided to treat ourselves to a milkshake, so we spent £28 on 4 of them (expensive but we expected these sort of prices before visiting).
The problem was they were awful, looked nothing like the display ones or pictures, they were given to us in paper take away cups and tasted extremely bland.
Each one of us said we would have preferred to have stopped at a McDonald's and get one which is saying something.
We were all so excited to try one and then so disappointed, which was a shame as we had such an amazing day then this brought a bit of a downer to it at the end of the day

I went there to drink coffee and ended up with a great, big cup of cappuccino for less than 3£, it was very good. I haven’t tasted the other stuffs and find some quite pricey but over all, it was a very pleasing experience.

When you finish the tour you can come back to the food hall. Do not expect good service or even the food to be put on a plate (mine was thrown in a plastic box like a cheap take away and the desserts were over each other). Don’t come with list from previous reviews what to order, because you’ll be disappointed. I’ve managed to find a plate from the food place where are serving the afternoon tea.

We stopped here last weekend before we went into the tour as we were rather early. We each had a milkshake, a chocolate brownie one and mine was a coffee one, after asking for other flavours that were advertised but actually unavailable. Well, they were delicious, they took some time to make but perhaps no longer than costa or Starbucks would take. I am not sure why others have reviewed about not receiving their orders in a glass as advertised, but we certainly did and I am sure you could ask the staff for them as you would in other coffee shops. This was a fantastic pre-tour treat that set us off on the right foot. The coffee milkshake is delicious and the brownie one actually tasted like a brownie and was even served with a little square on top! All in all a highly enjoyable experience :)

The baked goods on display looked attractive and enticing, but we settled on ice cream. It was a bit expensive, though you get a ridiculously generous serving. My husband was given quite the impressive tower! The soft serve was very smooth and creamy, making it a nice dessert after my meal, but I unfortunately could not finish such a huge portion.
