Appalling! Customer service is not in this cafes vocabulary. I was ignored for the first two minutes of standing in the cafe even with the lady stood at the till right in front of me. They are dismissive, tight on their food and expensive for what they give you. this is possibly the worst experience I have ever had and would NOT recommend to go there.

Atrocious. On entering the establishment I
was greeted by a sea of five faces, eventually one opened her mouth to ask could she help.l ordered a bacon sandwich and I was asked would I like butter, I replied no thank you just brown sauce. The young assistant proceeded to prepare my meal whilst continuing to hold a conversation with her colleagues ,constantly turning round to engage in dialogue with the other assistants , all at the expense of serving me my meal quickly and hot. I asked how much I owed , was told £2.90,I gave her a £5 note, she then proceeded to use a calculator to work out how much change I should receive.On returning to my car I found that the sauce I had requested was missing, returning to the shop another assistant applied the requested condiment. When i eventually tasted the sandwich I found it had also been buttered. Threw the sandwich away. Gave up hope, never again.

Not very good service, made to wait even tho there were 3 staff behind the counter and when i did get served it was poor service with poor food. Shabby setup!

Without a doubt the worst jacket potato I’ve EVER had. A shrivelled and dried up potato with the smallest covering of beans ever seen.
Nowhere near value for money and will not use you again.

Friendly staff. Great baguettes. Nothing is too much trouble such as cutting one baguette in half and wrapping separately for my children.

Very quick delivery and nice food.

While stretching my legs at 8am in a unfamiliar part of Nuneaton (whilst getting my car mot), I came across this lovely little place.

GRAB A DOUBLE BACON AND DOUBLE SAUSAGE!

Food was standard, if your dying of starvation it seems edible in a pinch but at those prices ! forget it, had the bacon baguette almost had to be seen to urgent medical care for a broken jaw the bacon was that hard, absolutely nothing crispy about it.
