The place is located inside the railway station, so you need a ticket to go in. Plus is closed. We just spent 3.50 for the parking just for nothing. Thank you. Reply to the owner: it would be fair to mention it on your google page and correct the opening times, so that people don't travel to your place for nothing.

I love this place. Getting off the train at Staines station and being greeted by the sussiest café in Surrey never fails to put a smile on my face. The pure glee I get just from seeing the word "sus" is unmatched, makes my jugs jiggle! 😂😂😂

EXPIRED FOOD, HORRIBLE STAFF!!
I went in to buy a protein bar, when I had opened it up I realised it was extremely stiff and yellow (it’s meant to be white) I then looked at the date and it had been made in 2021. And that it expires this October. We are now in October 2022. I went back and told the cashier and he didn’t even look surprised. I asked for a refund and he refused. I asked to speak to the manager and he replied with the words “my manager is busy”. He stated he did not have the password to allow a refund bur when I started recording the situation he was able to mysteriously remember the password. I have pictures and recordings of all of this.

Very quick service, amazing coffee .I love their smoke salmon and cream cheese sandwich too .

Disgusting burnt coffee! Options in Staines are dire but having nothing at all is better than wasting money here.
