What a lovely place to have lunch! The food was amazing, the portions are big, the staff is very nice and friendly. Really liked the atmosphere of this place, the pricing is reasonable as well.

Came in today for lunch with a friend, nice welcome but could of been friendlier, I do think you've crammed afew too many tables in as we felt like we were having lunch with the people either side of us! Very nice coffee & good lunch but I must say £10.50 for a very small thin slice of quiche, coleslaw & small salad was rather over priced so I'm afraid I won't be having that again! Most of the food looked very though just a tad too expensive.

My first visit impressed me and my friends who visited for lunch today. We were greeted pleasantly and shown to our table even though we were early. The light and space suprised us. Good space between tables.
The choices on the menu made it difficult to choose. We decided on one of the specials, which was delicious.
We shall return. Thank you.

Having not been for a while, we decided to go for lunch yesterday.

Greeted on arrival by staff and taken to our table. There was a strong smell of cooking/grease which was heavy in the air. No real air circulation in the restaurant and this effected the dining experience.

Order taken. Bottle of beer (330cl) was £5 which appeared quite expensive. Having eaten in Hadleigh during the week and paid £4.80 for a pint, this is clearly where markups are being made by Jet Lounge.

Upgraded to wedges for £2.50 and got 8 small wedges which I felt didn’t reflect value for money.

Wife’s jacket potato had been cooked in the microwave. It wasn’t obviously baked and it didn’t include any butter. £11.95 for a potato cooked in a microwave and then some salad, bacon and Brie seems excessive, in my mind.

No-one asked whether our meal was ok or if we wanted anymore drinks after our food was given to us. We finished our food, paid and left. Staff were more keen to discuss their team building day out.

As purse strings are tightened, some good customer service would be appreciated when going out for a lunch or dinner!

We are keen to support local business but won’t be visiting Jet Lounge again.

A lovely gem on hadleigh High Street, fabulous fresh scones, and great coffee. Decently priced and good service. I would recommend for a chill lunch, or, on their event nights, an evening meal (with an ever changing cocktail menu as well) - the gingerbread latte is worth a try as well.

Excellent burger: juicy and tasty. The pretzel bun (a bun shaped pretzel) was very nice too. Also blue cheese on sweet potato fries was an unexpected hit!

Visited for the first time for lunch and loved the whole offering.
Delicious food, I had the fishcakes and the service was amazing - so friendly and welcoming.
Fabulous range of cakes and scones too.
Will definitely return.
