Took my fiance and future mother in law to trago for some home essentials. Stopped at pinnochios cafe for food . For £24 we got 2x weak cold lattes, 1 x cold tea, flavourless scampi, 2x hotdogs of which were not sausages but something cheap and nasty from a tin like Savoy but much smaller probably cost 40p for a tin of 8 in aldi. Requested a real sausage and got the minutest sausage cut in half in the same hotdog roll they'd served already 10 mins later we sat like hobo's having 1 person eating at a time. Inexperienced staff do not know what they are doing and had to ask to clean the table before we sat. Absolutely disgusting I'm ashamed to give it 1 star as reviews wouldnt let me give 0 . Definitely recommend avoiding this destitute hole

Clean well kept cafe. Friendly and attentive staff. Prices were very reasonable, I had the burger which was well cooked and hot. Portion sizes are very fair and they even offer a few extra fillings for free. Very good value for money.

The best breakfast I've eaten out in a long time - perfectly fried egg, big portion for all day breakfast and massive ultimate breakfast. Great coffee. Good quality local produce and nice owners. Thank you.

Food here is fairly tasty and as we came early was served in a reasonable time, however I do feel that the counter staff have more interest in yapping to one another than catering to the customer, I felt this even more so when one girl was leant two arms on the counter with her back to me chatting to her friends rather than take my money. Just felt this was fairly rude.

What a let down....as previous visits have been good.
Ordered our food and gave a tip on top, sadly waited over 40 minutes before we decided to leave as we watched every person that came in after us get there food before us,we'd asked why it's taken so long and tried fobbing us with "oh it's very busy at the moment" they managed 12 covers before we mentioned anything...after 45 minutes we decided to leave n was told are food was being plated up but was to little to late.. seriously a waste of our time.
We was given a refund but not a full refund 🙄
Possibly better off going else where other than here

First time visiting trago mills, We ordered a panini and a baguette as well as drinks from pinocchios cafe from the hutch at the front of the shop we were unaware you could sit inside but when we realised we could we politely asked the woman at the kiosk if we could and she said it was no problem. We waited for our food and when it came a member of staff rudely told us leave. Her reason was because we ordered food from outside even though we were told we could sit inside. Despite this the staff member rudely demanded we leave despite us already paying for food and drinks and another member of staff telling us we were allowed. She refused to listen to the fact we were told we could sit inside. She couldn't even be bothered to bring us plates or napkins instead we were kicked out .
