Toast Oxted

Good and relaxing coffee place. We had some coffee, fresh orange juice and a delicious slices of home baked carrot cake and lemon drizle. All tasted great and we enjoyed the place. Prices are a bit on the high side for the cakes

Great and amazing food.
The place is beautiful.
The waitresses asked us maybe 3 or 4 times if everything was OK. Which was nice.
Only 2 notes. 1 the staff should all be wearing the same uniform (not one with a white t shirt with words on it and someone else with a black)
Also maybe they had too many girls on by mistake but at one point they were all stood at the entrance gossiping to each other for a while. Maybe don't do that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch at Toast! The food is delicious and portion size is generous. They were happy to accommodate all dietary requirements & the waitstaff asked about any allergies before we placed our orders - I'd never experienced that before and thought it was great! We even ordered some food to go, as my husband was unable to attend. I recommended Toast to my friend and she also loved her experience too. We will be back!

Well now. Write a list of your favourite ingredients, think about how you would like them cooked in an ideal world, imagine that all presented on a plate so that it looks appetising - and that's what you get here. I am so very impressed - great service, great food, reasonable prices, lovely environment. It's really very hard to fault!

I never quite get what I order!
Ordered the chicken sando which was very dry. No mayo or sauce in sight. We checked the menu which described it as having a Comte cheese sauce, we queried with Waiter who apologised and said “sorry we ran out”
Yesterday I ordered the “special” Maple syrup pancakes with fried chicken. No sign of any maple syrup. Instead the dish was drizzled with Tate and Lyle golden syrup. The dish probably would have worked with the right syrup alas it was overly sweet and sticky. Again no communication from the waiting staff.
Guys if you need to modify a dish because you ran out of an ingredient at least communicate it to your customers at the point of ordering.
I wont be going back.

This place was brilliant. The food was so tasty and yum and the quality of the food was superb. The staff were very friendly. I’ll be going back for sure. Highly recommend the ‘hash baes’ they were soo good I need to go back just for those! The pancakes were delicious too!
I look forward to my next visit for breakfast!

I just love 🥰❤ the coffee here, they have their own blend which is by far the best coffe I've ever had , highly recommend 🤗 Lovely atmosphere and the food is delicious 😋 will definitely be back soon
