Central Canteen

Serving up delicious breakfast and lunch dishes cooked by our cook. Central Canteen is likely to become your new favourite cafe in Ipswich. We take great care when preparing and cooking our food to make sure that it’s perfect when it gets to you. We use fresh ingredients so that our dishes are as tasty as can be. We are always more than happy to accommodate for different appetites. We have a wide variety of different hot and cold drinks available such as tea and coffee. If you have a sweet tooth then you will be happy to know we have fresh cakes and pastries in store too.

Got the build your own breakfast that is nearly £9. Making each item over a £1. Received a tablespoon of beans, probably 2 button mushrooms finely sliced... Every other item was pretty small. Felt very stingy for the price when you can get far better elsewhere for the same or cheaper.

This is a terrible food I have ever eaten. We have ordered fish and chips the frozen fish was over cooked in the old oil and another order tasted tasteless at all. They couldn’t make any effort.

Went for breakfast, one of the few cafes that have a pancake option perfect for the kids.
Food is good, just felt a bit over priced. £2.20 for a can of coke is extortionate.
with the parking fine (my fault) our new years day breakfast trip cost £95.
