Lovely canal side setting great place to stop for a snack if you're out on a walk around Fradley. There's a place outside to tie up your dog with drinking water supplied for the dogs. There is a small nature reserve and lake with a bird hide on the opposite side of the canal to the cafe.

Visited for afternoon tea yesterday which was lovely. Sandwiches were lovely and fresh and the homemade cakes were amazing (particularly the carrot cake!) The lady who served us was really friendly and helpful (I think her name was Dee) and the whole experience was enjoyable. Thank you

Only ever stopped for coffe before now so decided to sample the menu on this visit. Fantastic service and very tasty food. The service was exceptional and food was hot and delicious ( by the way had the goat curry. Mmmmmmmmm tasty )
We were going to eat outside because we have 2 small puppies but the weather wasn't the best and we found out you were allowed to take a well behaved dog in to the bar brilliant. Definitely going back home and you can book a table if need.
5 stars given 100% give it a try.

Popped in here for lunch today and had the winter vegetable soup. It was served promptly and with a smile. The soup was delicious and really chunky. Three slices of thick brown bread with 3 pats of butter that were easily spreadable. Will definitely visit again.

Open on all days - which is more than the café on the other side of the canal adjacent to the camp site. Good range of sweet things. Tasty coffee. Pleasant service. Well cooked café food. Used by cyclists, narrow boaters, walkers and day outers.
Visited most recently(27/2/21). They are very organised in the present restrictions. Tables have been stacked away. Order&pay at the hatch and collect from different window, produce is wrapped in foil, on call of order number. Very efficient. Waste bins are provided in the consuming areas. When asked they said they actually preferred this method of service. Benefits of Covid19 restrictions? Still very good food. Many people out on a lovely morning; and only just obeying the distancing regs. Pictures in mid-March.
