Very reasonably priced, cute little tearoom full of character in a lovely part of lichfield. Great for a drink and piece of cake or a light breakfast or lunch.

I went with a friend to this place our first visit.
On the whole we were very impressed with everything.
a) We chose to try their afternoon tea for two.

Both our selections of sandwiches, scones with clotted cream, & jam were all fresh and served up to us well presented within minutes (fairly quiet Friday afternoon) with as much tea and coffee as we could drink!

b) We thought the quality was more than acceptable, excellent VFM. £18 for the 2 of us!!
c) The place itself was cosy, and 'Bijou'
we sat upstairs enough space for 16,
Which my friend and I thought would be ideal for a small party gathering.

Will definately consider returning to this little gem.
Well worth a visit! 👍😁👌

Very satisfied customer..

A cozy and friendly place. All of the food we had was delicious, In addition to the portions for the price being particularly good. The staff are friendly and it allows dogs.

My wife had a hot filter coffee knocked all over her accidentally by the waitress today, who whilst apologetic, did not offer any compensation for the ruined clothing or even offer the meal for free.
Disgraceful customer service and will not be returning.
Fortunately she had no major burns.

We loved our ploughman and seafood salad. Freshly made, generously served, deliciously flavoured and mouthwateringly presented. Absolutely a delightful cafe by the cathedral. Highly recommended.

I've walked past this place numerous times over the years but due to a couple of places we normally go to being full we popped in and had breakfast.

What a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and the food was well priced and good quality.

Nothing special, arrived approximately 3pm and we felt we weren't welcome as staff appeared to be getting t o close. We chose meals off the menu and were told chef couldn't do them, choose something else! We were hungry, thirsty, and cold, otherwise would have just left, so chose coffee's and sandwiches, which were served with a touch of attitude, and whence paying the bill.
If, you want to get away at a certain time have the curtesy to say to people on arrival, not grasp for custom of two quick coffee's.

Plenty more to choose from, and we won't returning.

The food was ok. The cafe looked very nice with fairy lights, but there weren't many tables available. Staff nice but always very busy.
