A delightful find with a friendly atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Pets and children (neither were ours!) equally welcome. The downstairs room was quite small - but don’t be put off if it seems full - there are more tables upstairs. There’s no sign saying this, so it’s well worth asking. The basic menu was great, and reasonably priced. It was supplemented by a specials board. The kitchen was happy to make small changes to meals (for instance to make the ploughman’s lunch vegetarian). The food was quickly served after ordering, and tasted delightful. Access to toilets was upstairs so beware of this if you have mobility difficulties or other individual needs. I would thoroughly recommend this market place cafe, and look forward to returning.

Absolutely cracking food!! We stayed in Giggleswick for the week and visited this great cafe on our last day. Whilst staying in and around settle we found portion sizes to be small, but not here!! We had the full English, and oh my goodness the portion size was huge! The food was of excellent quality and being a Yorkshire lass, I can honestly say it was excellent value for money. Both ladies serving were lovely and efficient, the scouse lady was so polite and her mannerisms were impeccable. We will definitely be back next time we’re up that way. Keep up the excellent work Singing kettle! 👍

A great find. Amazingly friendly service and a huge Full English for a very reasonable price (£3 cheaper than Ye Olde Naked Man next door and bigger). Happy to make changes to the meal and just could not do enough to help. I highly recommend The Singing Kettle and will be back (the cakes look awesome!).

Settle is undeniably a lovely place to visit and watch the world go by with one of the nicest lattes in hand. And a lovely chat about Settle and it’s history with a young lad who runs the place with his mum. Really friendly atmosphere and well worth a visit 👍🤗

We were there on a very hot day and they'd turned the ovens off, so most of the menu wasn't available. That's the only reason I can't give 5 stars, because I don't really know what the food's like. But...the sandwiches we had were perfectly nice and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We used to be regulars quite a few years ago with different owners and I think we'll be becoming regulars again 😊

Usually I would go to the naked man cafe but today it was pouring and the naked man was crowded no room for five adults. We were walking along and came to this place “the singing Kettle and noticed a vacant table by the window perfect for the five of us. We went in soaked and got seated. The girl was soon round taking our orders for drinks and food. I ordered the Christmas meal my wife the turkey sandwich my son a vegan breakfast and our friends ordered two full English breakfast’s. Our drinks arrived first and then the food. I was very impressed with the Christmas dinner as were everyone else with their meals. £47 for the five of us worth every penny. My first visit and definitely not my last. I will spread the word to all my biker friends. Many thanks to all the staff. 👏👏👏👏
