There is absolutely gorgeous place for chill out, appreciate great view and enjoy tasty food. The owner are very friendly and kind. This time, I ordered cappuccino and scone with jam, cottage cream and butter. I really love eating scone with their cottage cream, it's really yummy..... I will back there soon.. 😋😋😋😍😍😍

Lovely place with great local food. We spent great time having chowder, scuffin and delicious bara bread. Definitely worth visiting.

Small hidden gem of Bangor. Blink and you'll miss it on the pier but don't. Service was superb and really personal from the owners. Food served was fantastic. I had the Welsh rarebit and wolfed it down happily.

Went there today. Just for a cup of tea. Ended up having the best fish chowder and Welsh rarebit I have ever tasted. Great people who own it. Good food done properly. Fantastic tastes. Spotlessly clean. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely location, excellent coffee, great views and friendly service - couldn't ask for more. The weather helped as I understand it can get a bit windy on the pier!

My wife and i were passing through Bangor 'Wales' when we decided to visit the pier. So glad we did, the local traders are the friendliest people. Half way up the pier there's a cafe called The Whistle Stop. The food is absolutely beautiful.I had Welsh rarebit, wow, if you're passing this small cafe be sure to try it! The owners give us some great ideas when travelling through Wales. There's a carpark right on the pier entrance and it's £1.50 for 24 hours. I parked my 8 m moterhome so there's plenty of room. There's a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants around the pier area.If you're passing through be sure to pop in, you won't be disappointed. 5 stars all the way

Even on a sunny/windy day you just can't beat Whistlestop's Welsh Rarebit. When you can actually taste the mustard you know you are onto a winner. Wonderful experience and a lovely chat with the owners. Bendigedig!
