Probably the best tea spot in Wales. For people from India who miss authentic Indian Tea in UK, this is the right place for you. This is a place for people who are looking for Tea and snacks. Not a place for heavy meals. Good ambience. Good service.
It is very hard to find seats there because of the rush.Must visit place

The best Karak Chai that I have ever tried. I love the sweet taste. So the sugar balance in this drink was perfectly fitting my taste.

Amazing small selection of cakes a d sweets. Great atmosphere. Open till late night daily. Till 1:30 a.m. Makes it one of the best places ever to meet for late night out away from Pubs .

The best chai you'll have!! I had the desi breakfast which tasted very nice. Lovely staff and fast service.
Wish the place was a bit bigger as it can get pretty busy especially in the mornings and evenings.

It is definitely an experience! Sri Lankan food is unusual and this place offers some of the more interesting dishes that are different to the Indian cuisine. Service is great and it’s inexpensive.

Went in here with no clue. Ordered something on the menu that looked good. The guy on the till said "You should have something more with that. No, not chips, that's boring. Try this." Was he right? Very much so. If you know what you're after, great. If you're as ignorant as me, order whatever they tell you. It's great.

Went here today after a few weeks , usually pop in once a month at least, usually food is nice, never complain as flavours spot on ,atmospheres nice , there was 3 on us that wanted to try the english-ish breakfast.when it came the turkey rashes were so burnt almost like a piece of rubber, sausage was so nice,Tea was amazing as always, its sad as my nephew went yesterday and it was cooked really well , don't know what happened today. You need to be consistent otherwise perfect 👍🏼 still deserve a 5 star. Picture to follow

nice and clean shop however the brightnes of the lights is so high. the drinks were good, I preferred the cold Karak chai more than the hot one.

Love the spices they add to the tea. This is an excellent choice for someone who doesn't like coffee but tea won't quite cut it on a frosty winter day.
Please read my reviews to see how other chaiwala's compare.
