Imperial Cafe

At first I was a bit shocked on finding tinned tomatoes on my English breakfast instead of freshly cooked tomatoes, but when I asked for fresh ones they were really nice helpful and gave me fresh tomato. Apparently in Cardiff it's different, so if you'd prefer fresh instead of tinned just make sure to ask before. For the rest the staff is really nice and service really good.

If a quality full English breakfast is what you're looking for, then look no further. Many visits later and not a single bad meal! Staff are fab and all the meals are great value! Photo is of their 'brunch' and I have to admit it defeated me 😂 plate and as huge but it was soooo good! Haha

tough one this place... half was perfect half was wrong lol
came out with no bacon but was corrected when mentioned. bacon wasnt very nice. black pudding was raw and inedible.
hash brown was crunchy and delicous. and the sausages were great. and eggs cooked perfectly.

Food came quick and it was pretty good, big portions. It felt expensive for a caff but it was well cooked and generous.

Used to be one of best breakfast cafes in splott, gone completely downhill attitude from staff is disgusting and it seems they have no personal or food hygiene - won’t be returning

1st time in the cafe good breakfast, I think there was a fan near the table blowing cold air, other than that it was a good experience for first time. Coffee was very nice but at £3 a bit expensive £2.50 would have been more in line with the very good breakfast.

Always good this is why I go out my way fir my breakfast. Nice staff as well.
