Extremely disappointed in the laundry service, requested certain clothes to not go
In the dryer, so instead of hanging them up to dry they put them back in our laundry bag wet for a day and night, so we got them back wet! Also they must have washed them with someone else’s hiking clothes, there was white fluff and grass all over them and they are no longer get in the good condition when we handed them in. Pretty poor for a business that says they take pride in their work.

Great breakfast, lovely staff and well located in the village, the atmosphere is very lively and cheerful which started my day off great!

Very nice here, we popped in for a bite to eat plus a drink, up to the countertop to order but then they brink your order to your table. A small cooked breakfast for me & it was very nice. Lovely

We love this little cafe and often visit. The food is always lovely and reasonably priced but the toast is never toasted enough! My only negative comment. Warm bread is not toast guys! See you soon

We love eating here when visiting Bala. The menu has a good selection of meals and the owners doesn't mind you changing things if your fussy like me. Food tastes lovely and fresh. It's not the Ritz but the food is always excellent.
