Morrisons Cafe

The staff are very polite and friendly and the food is great value. The place was clean and tidy. Unfortunately on this occasion when we went for breakfast (11am) there wasn't any sausage available and no white rolls. The staff offered alternatives on the breakfast.... I don't understand as the cafe is in the supermarket which was full of these items...

Stood at the till for a while today,eventually I gave them a shout in the kitchen to let them know we were waiting,we continued to wait,I then shouted in the kitchen again that we were waiting..someone came out, took one look and went back in?? Young girl wondering around the tables, so asked if she could serve us,"I'll be there in a minute" was the reply.really? Tables surely can wait rather than customers? Bad service.Went to Tesco's instead, had fab breakfast and HOT coffee, great service. Come on Morrisons, get your act together!

Endlessly waiting to be served,both coffee machines defective food lukewarm

Didn't use this stores cafe....looked in but wasn't to struck on entering...I was certainly put off by the lack of toilet facilities.... Something I have seen in many Morrison's stores... possibly now there is a takeover it may usher in a new energy to get Morrison's back up there.

Normally very good but the apparently had run out of everything. Waited behind a family for about 5 to 10 minutes they were told eventually that they could have sausage beans and chips then the assistant got their food and drinks wrong on their tray and had to go through it again. I finally got to the till and asked for a small breakfast and was told that it was sold out so I asked for the sausage beans and chips and was told that they had completely sold out. By the time I sat down with my coffee it was stone cold.

We went on a Sunday during the half price breakfasts. They were run off there feet, and had to stop doing food shortly after us due to lack of staff.
Poor staff. 🙁
Anyways... They did amazing with the staff they had. Can't fault the food.

Omg...... Rude staff, we waited 1hr 10 mins for food no apology or nothing. Food came fish and chips.... I had 12 cold chips and my mum had 14 cold chips (sad to count them I know). It was served on paper on a plate which went to mush and had to keep picking it out of our mouths. I will never eat at a Morrisons ever again.

Huge thanks to Aileen stepping in from her till job to help in the cafe today. She was rushed of her feet, but still had time to smile and be jolly with everyone.
What an absolute credit she is to you, hope she’s rewarded well today .
