Great place, love the interior; so many interesting ocean things on the walls and ceiling. Staff were excellent, very welcoming and attentive. We had a problem with one dish and the manager took that off the price of the bill without any fuss made. Food and drink was very good, a little overpriced for some dishes though. I would have given five stars had it not been for my steak being a little bit grissely and not having enough veg.

Visited Sea Shanty cafe for lunch whilst we were in Wales and we loved it. The space is huge, tables are spread out and very comfortable. Because we are in the middle of winter, the fire was going and had this lovely cosy feel to it.
Food was outstanding, for starters we had hallumi fries and calamari followed by Thai pork belly and fish and chips and my son had the popcorn chicken. Everything was delicious, staff were very welcoming and everything was spot on.
We are happy enough to go back again tomorrow for lunch.
Also huge plus as it is dog friendly and the location is right on a beach.

Fantastic food which is freshly cooked and good value. The service was attentive without being in your face. The atmosphere is very relaxing with a warm family feel. Nice touch as they accept well behaved dogs upto 6pm

Interior of this place creates a really funky vibe. It's ideally located for grabbing a bite to eat or an ice cream after spending a day on the beach.
Good menu with plenty of fish on offer, as you would expect from a place right next to the beach.
Food served really quickly and was all absolutely delicious. Piping hot, fresh food, and nice cold cider. What more could you want. Definitely worth a visit.
Ooh, and dogs are welcome too. They even have dog treats available to keep the canine friends happy.

If I could rate Sea Shanty higher I would, fantastic service, delicious food and some of the best nautical décor I've seen. We were served by Charlene, who was fantastic! Our food came out quickly, piping hot and extra drinks were available when needed. I tried a local ale from Snowdonia, which I would highly recommend.

We visited in August, and booked a table via their website, again, very easy and quick to do. I'd suggest arriving a little sooner during the summer months as parking around the restaurant can be a bit tricky.

We had two gluten intolerant diners with us as well, and the menu had a great selection of dishes, all clearly marked for different dietary requirements.

Looking forward to visiting again, and getting another steak sandwich!

Lovely setting and great food! The Sea Shanty Cafe has a deceiving name! It's not cafe food at all which was great. The meals were reasonably priced, with good portion sizes. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. Children were accommodated and had a separate menu. The drinks menu was also good. Would absolutely return here.
The location is great. Right by Treaddur Bay and there is a car park next door.
I loved the decor and it appeared clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. Our waitress was really efficient and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you're visiting here.

Not a bad place to visit at all. Decor is amazing! Must have taken ages to fit it all!
Food was slightly limited in choice, went in the day and really wanted a sandwich, chose some garlic bread and chips instead.
Prices are fair, staff were brilliant and plenty of seating.

This is such a great place to have a meal or just a coffee. I love the whole sea theme going through. Especially gorgeous before Christmas. Meals are reasonably priced. Car park is big but paid, but off season it is enough parking on street. Lovely staff. Clean premises and overall good experience. I personally been her few times and I love coming back.
